The wrench doesn’t say Apec as advertised. I’ve used a half wrench before with no problem, and I lost my last wrench, I ordered this one, but it didn’t work and feels like I can snap it with my hands.

I have been very happy with the filtering system since I bought it. When it came time to change the filters I had some issues with the instructions being difficult to determine exactly how to rebuild the filters. It was installed under of sink (as expected) so as I pulled the hoses (after I turned off the water) I had removed one with a note attached that said “DO NOT REMOVE”. Too late. It was installed by a contractor, how would I have ever known that note was even there?
