I rate these filters five stars, but I gave one star to get your attention. When I have ordered replacement filters from APEC directly, They sent me a replacement tube also. By ordering from apecwateroutlet.com, and them not sending me a replacement tube with this order, I discovered that my filter was running slow, not because of the filters themselves, but because my tube was clogged. So I guess it is a blessing in disguise that this didn’t come with a tube. So I suggest buying replacement tube and replacing the tube every time you replace these filters

It just works with simple replacement. Isn't is same or more expensive than the whole kit was before tho?
