We replaced our old chrome RO faucet with this beautiful matte black design. It is beautiful. Install was super easy. It does not come with any hosing or connectors so these must be purchased separately. My only complaint (more of a user preference) is that the handle turns very easily and I have bumped it accidentally several times and inadvertently turned the water on. Not usually a big deal if it is over the sink, but when we spin the spout out of the way to do dishes it can make a mess on the counter. A bit more resistance to turn the handle would be an improvement IMO.
