Whoever said low quality is a shill. This thing kills the faucet that comes in the RO box.
It’s solid looks cnc machined almost. The hot side has a spring back mechanism. Hookup was way easy.
It does vent a little steam now and then as that’s the nature of these systems.
It matches my $400 ss moen faucet nice.

When you do reverse osmosis, you have to have a specific Fossett. You cannot do a regular faucet. It Hass to be one made for reverse osmosis. I’m hoping this one is as that’s what I bought it for. But it already leaks. I’ve had it installed for 2 1/2 months and it leaks every time I use it. I have no idea how much water waste I’m actually getting but my old one never leaked, and this will have to be replaced eventually. So it’s a waste of $100 plus

I thought I’d take a shot at this even though a few previous buyers said it leaks when the hot water is plugged in. Same thing happening to me. Constant drip, but only when the insta-hot unit is plugged in. Stops immediately when unplugged. My guess there is too much water pressure coming from the hot water unit and the faucet can’t handle it? I’ll be sending back to apecwateroutlet.com.

ATTENTION: to get hot water dispensed, you have to HOLD DOWN the handle. What a joke! This is supposed to be a convenience. How convenient is it to hold a handle down TOWARD the hot water while you’re trying to juggle a pot or pan? Sounds like a good way to scorch your hand. This item is unsafe and inconvenient.

This is really quality spout. This is MUCH nicer than the cheap chrome look plastic spouts or thin metal spouts that are the freebie ones that are thrown in with most water filter spouts.
It’s quite substantial. Heavy, and sturdy. Simple, clean design. Reliable precision controls. It’s a real piece of equipment designed for a long life of high demand use as a respectable member of your sink faucet set.
The quality of the materials and clean design, sturdiness dual hot/cold function explain the high price. You get what you pay for, if you’re smart, and this fits the bill.

Very nice vented hot & cold reverse osmosis/bar faucet. High quality build with smooth handle operation. Great upgrade from those flimsy faucets that are packaged with most reverse osmosis systems out there. I have the cold water line hooked up to a reverse osmosis system and the hot water line hooked up to an instant hot water tank. Only thing I wish that was different is for the spout to reach a little more towards the center of the sink rather than the edge. However, this is how most reverse osmosis/bar faucets are setup plus all the measurements are included in the listing.

Looks great, works well. We have this with an instant hot and RO filtered water. Be aware the hot water handle is “spring loaded” which means you have to hold it the entire time to fill a large glass or pot of water. That is a bit annoying as our last faucet did not require this. I’m not docking any stars for that as we ordered in a bit of a hurry to meet an install deadline, and the description may mention this and we missed it. Also some may prefer this as a safety feature. It arrived quickly, was packed well, feels high quality, no install issues.

Unfortunately my faucet got installed later so I passed the return date on it. It leaks water when stopped for a long time especially the hot water. It’s horrible.
