Remember, this is a water conditioner and not a water softner. I had this unit installed by a plumber. The first thing I noticed was no more slimy soap on your body that took forever to rinse off. After using it for at least 30 days I have not seen any deposits of calcium on our faucet screens or rings in the toilet. Keep in mind that the manufacturer states to remove iron before it reaches this conditioner. I have 3 iron filters inline before this conditioner. So far it is performing exactly as the manufacturer advertised. Their customer service technicians are friendly and very helpful. I would buy this product again. NO MORE LUGGING 50LB SALT BAGS TO THE BASEMENT.

I bought this unit and noticed water spot on my glasses and shower glass doors after drying. I called the company and they said because I had a salt-based system before that it was the salt in the water and in a year it would all be clear.
It is now 2019…7 years later and the spots still are visible after drying. I didn’t have hardly any spots with my salt system. When speaking with the company I realized this system does not get rid of hard water spots as I thought. The company is a caring one and I was really impressed that they contacted me to explain how the system actually works. It does make the water nice and soft. They wanted to make up for my misunderstanding so sent me a new whole house water filter and a bag of resin to enable me to change my tank after 7 years! This is a company I trust and feel they will make good on their products. If I would have asked the correct questions I would have know hard water spots are almost impossible to get rid of completely and I would have still purchased this system.

I bought this systems after my extensive research based on pricing and ease of installation and maintenance. So far after more than 2 months, I’m extremely happy with it! I no longer need to buy those dam salts anymore.
