I have been using this for a year now, I have a very small house and got the whole house system. With installation it cost >$2000 and results are still very hard water – I contacted the company after a few months but they refused to help and maintain that their useless product does work. Now I am about to spend another $2000 to replace it with a salt one from a different company that actually works. Clearly this is a key component that unfortunately you can’t do without. Don’t waste your money on this.
