Great faucet and seemed high quality. We had to return it because it looked a little large for our sink. Nice that the cold side would stay open and the hot side snapped back.

The faucet looks beautiful. The problem is that it will NOT WORK with any insta hot heaters. It must vent or your insta hot will leak/explode. I was told to buy the insta hot Quick & Hot on their web site. If you go to West King the maker of Quick & Hot IT STATES TO ONLY USE A FAUCET THAT VENTS. The Apec site does not show this information.

Beautiful design. Did not end up using because the chrome had a slight gold tinge and did not match our chrome faucet.
